Enhancements to the Blue Apple Ticket Purchasing Process

Effective tomorrow 05/06/2025 we are making improvements to our ticket purchasing workflow related to credit card security.

During the ticket purchasing process passengers will now be required to enter their full name, billing address (address number and street only), credit card number, expiration month & year, CVV/CV2/CSC code, billing country, billing city, and billing state.

Passengers who have created a Blue Apple account and saved a credit card to the account will need to delete their existing card and re-add it to their accounts to utilize the added purchase data fields. Instructions to delete credit cards from Blue Apple accounts are below.

Delete a Saved Credit Card

  1. Navigate to Buy Bus Tickets | Blue Apple Bus Company
  2. Log into Blue Apple account.
  3. Click the Credit Cards button on the top banner.
  4. Click the X icon in the delete column of the respective card to be deleted.
